Welcome to the first episode of BACKSCATTER! On this episode Josh and Amir discuss what their lives have been like since quarantine, some updates with the podcast, etc. They then get into a discussion about freewill, breaking down different arguments about how we do have it, how we don't, and the implications of each. From there the two talk about God and their beliefs in what God is. For the last bit of the episode, Josh and Amir talked about the importance of empathy and the way to truly create a better society is to show empathy to everyone, even the people who seemingly deserve it the least.
