Anthony is a cynical twenty-something who is stuck working a dead end sales job at a company called Star Tek. Not only is he unhappy with his job and his life, he also can't seem to keep a room mate. Then, one day, Anthony is mysteriously greeted by a peculiar stranger named Edward, who happens upon Anthony's doorstep inquiring about the recently vacated room for rent in the apartment.
