Welcome to our very first episode of The Max and Cheese Deiner! Grace Max and Ella Deiner debut their podcast by reviewing their very first mac and cheese dish! The pair are more than excited to dive right into this hour-long episode filled with cheesy goodness and cannot wait for you all to hear it. Ella and Grace start off the episode by introducing themselves and giving an overall idea for what this podcast will entail. They jump right into what aspects of mac and cheese matter most to them, and don’t worry, they have some serious opinions on it. The two introduce, Bosscat, an Orange County-based restaurant, which they have chosen to order their first mac and cheese dish from. Bosscat is an American soul food restaurant with a wacky menu filled with dishes such as fruity pebble french toast to steak all the way to our chosen mac and cheese! 

Grace and Ella test out Bosscat’s mac and cheese and give some very detailed commentary. They go through their in-depth rating scale which is based on their very important mac and cheese preferences. They give some detailed scoring of the dish and then land on a final overall score for Bosscat’s mac and cheese. After their review, Grace and Ella have a pretty drama-filled conversation about recent Tik Tok drama that has been circling around the Internet. The two finish out the episode by playing a celebrity fact game where they guess which celebrity a fun fact belongs to!
