Welcome to "Chronic Faith," a Bible study for people living with chronic pain/illness. In this episode, we start our journey through the miracles of Jesus. 

The first healing miracle of Jesus is found in John 4:43-54, where Jesus heals a boy who was very sick. 

The practical tip this week is about journaling, here is the framework I use when journaling: 

• Three things I’m grateful for
• My feelings
• A couple of minutes of silence
• Then tending to my soul.
