In this first NEB-Cast episode, Trygve Meyer is joined by Tina Aksnes and Ubbo Busboom to talk about the "Barcode" tool. This tool is a result of collaboration between the City of Stavanger and the City of Utrecht, and helps us understand how our city's spaces are being used.
