I will be addressing issues faced by many women who are trying to climb the corporate ladder. The challenges that are present in the corporate space can be career inhibiting especially when there is nobody to guide you on how to face them. 
I will be interviewing women who have or are breaking the glass ceiling to share the wisdom they gained on their journey. Mentorship for women in and want to stay in corporate is very limited, this platform is to attempt to bridge that gap and give much needed insight to women.
