Okay here starts a great adventure – The Workshops for Life Podcast!
I’m so excited to share ideas from our workshops with you through these 15 or 20 minute bites once every two weeks.
Each episode we will “try on” an idea like you do when buying new clothes at the store. I hand the idea over the door, we all try it on for two weeks and see if it fits. Simple. I PROMISE to only bring you the best ideas.
Each episode will also include a Doggy Bag – hands-on work you can download and take home and see how it suits you. The whole purpose of the workshops and this podcast is to help you become the best version of you, and that only happens when you work. So, everything will be focused at work. Work means doing something. Doggy Bags help you do something.

The Gratitude Journal. Try writing down three to five things you are grateful for in the morning and at night for two weeks. I’ll bet you’ll want to just do this forever.
