Shannon Ross is the co-founder of D’s Trucks trucking company and founder and executive director of The Community, an organization dedicated to fostering and showcasing the successes, humanity, and agency of people with criminal records. Through D’s Trucks and his community-building initiatives, Shannon’s goal is to destigmatize individuals who are system-impacted and previously incarcerated and support their efforts to build fulfilling lives and achieve their dreams.
