We all have our our traumas and struggles in life. But oftentimes we don't know how to do the work to unpack, understand, and connect with the deep wounds within us. Unfortunately if we don't make the necessary changes they will keep showing up as patterns in our relationships. Through my personal experience I have picked up tools along the way to befriend all parts of myself. I want to share them with you so you can begin to heal. By getting to the root of the pain we are able to release unwanted patterns and step into our authentic selves.
Change is a scary thing and most of us don't know where to start. But it's a crucial step to face our shadow parts, lean into asking them what their needs are, become curious about your untapped potential, and stepping into our highest selves. Your journey is unique and I hope my story inspires and empowers you to want to do the work to heal and grow. You deserve the love you pour into others.Remember, you are never alone.
