If you've ever seen any of my content across social media, you've probably noticed that I end every video by saying, “I believe in you, you should too.” After about a year of doing this, my producer asked if there might be value in sharing these messages in podcast format, and we truly believe that there is.

In this first episode, I’ll explain where the catch phrase came from, and why I believe there is a power in sharing that message.
