Launching on International Women's Day 2024 - the theme of which is "Inspire Inclusion" - the first episode of our rebranded podcast features three women of Bluestone, all of whom have grown successful careers in the male-dominated arena of commercial finance. 

Beginning with an exploration of their personal career paths and growth, we then discuss the potential challenges facing women in traditionally male dominated industries, what it takes to succeed in finance, and what they find so rewarding about working in finance.
