Episode 1: Intro to Psicologia Pa La Gente

Cosas de la Vida is an educational podcast for those who like to question life and have been entrusted with the responsibility of breaking generational curses. This is a safe space for those who are open to learning and hearing different perspectives. The goal is to educate and inspire others to learn about the things that I value most about human life: awareness, emotions, expression, and connections. As someone who feels things very deeply and has been through various trauma, I became very interested in understanding it. This led to an acquisition of knowledge in all types of subjects. Cosas de la Vida features many topics that are studied in the field of psychology because I want to make that world accessible to everyone, but I will also feature episodes about anything pertaining to life in general because experience is a hell of a teacher. 

I am a firm believer that life is a feeling process. Feelings create thoughts which then lead to behaviors. Cosas de la Vida shows listeners that there is power in vulnerability because healing is powerful. We’ve been walking around wounded for too fucking long, we’ve been contributing to our own powerless vibes. It’s time for a more positive, healthy, loving, and understanding community.
