Episode 1 - Introduction

Having existential depression and looking for answers is equivalent to walking in a void, which is endless, empty, dark, and has no specific path to reach anywhere. But this has finally led me to start a podcast on it where I'll talk about what existential depression is and also talk about topics like existence, the meaning of life, and other multiple things through my experience of suffering from existential depression for 15 years and how I have been dealing with it.
