In this initial episode, Dr. Brickner discusses why he decided to create a video podcast based on his book, "So, You want to be a Coach..." His intention is to have a monthly video podcast with a guest coach, business leader, or spiritual leader. They will discuss the concepts and principles outlined in his book, getting the perspective of the interviewee. They will also discuss the interviewee's experiences in the sports or business world, exploring the role that their Christian faith plays in how they coach, manage and/or lead.
