When I finally came to understand that our bodies aren’t a gift but a responsibility it changed everything. I have lost 200 pounds, taken responsibility for myself and am honoring God in my body. This journey has changed me, my marriage and my spiritual walk. Join us as we discuss how we build our temples and maintain them. This Podcast is a deep dive into the word of God and discussion of the truth. Not almost truth but truth. Get ready! Truth convicts, truth confronts and inconveniences us.
