Hello & welcome to our premiere episode!

This week we kick things off with "badass" Kelly Allen, she's a former Paralympic canoe athlete and competed in the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games in Rio De Janeiro.

In this session she talks about a number of things, including her journey from growing up in Michigan, moving to OKC, competing in the Extremity Games, Endeavor Games and the Paralympic Games in Rio. Along the way she reflects on her adventures, challenges in training for the Paralympics, lessons learned and insights into her life.
