Launched in 2020 by Second Century Ventures, the strategic investment arm of the National Association of REALTORS®, REACH Canada is one of five regions which make up the REACH Global Network. In operation since 2013, the REACH Global Network is comprised of REACH US, REACH Commercial, REACH Australia, REACH United Kingdom and REACH Canada.

Mark Birschbach is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Business, Innovation & Technology (SBIT) for the National Association of REALTORS®. He is responsible for managing Second Century Ventures, an investment fund with investments worth over $300M; the REach® Technology Accelerator, the REALTOR Benefits® Program, the Center for REALTOR® Technology, NAR's top level domains (.realtor and .realestate) business, its products business, and NAR's relationship with Move Inc., operator of realtor.com®.
Mark was previously Vice President of Strategic Investments for NAR and before that a technology entrepreneur, serving as President and COO of two real estate tech startups. Prior to his startup experience, Mark was a Vice President in Investment Banking at Citi where he led transaction teams during the execution of M&A and capital markets transactions across a broad range of industries including a significant focus on technology, media and telecom.
