To kick off the first of our many podcast we invited along friend and marketing guru along to talk to us all things digital marketing.

Richard is a seasoned marketer, having held many roles in his career to date – Brand Manager, Business Development Manager, Marketing Advisor and Marketing Manager. He began his career in sales which developed his understanding of people's motivations and what drives them in their decision making process.

With that experience, combined with his education and current marketing knowledge to build desirable brands and develop impactful marketing campaigns. As a result of his background he has the unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges.

Alongside this Richard also runs a successful online platform giving people insight into into the world of creating and online beauty brand www.beautybusinessjournal.com.
