In all seriousness though this subject; the subject of embracing life's uncertainties and twists and turns is so dear to my heart and had to be the first instalment of Higher With Kaya.

Over the last 3 years I have found myself consistently forced into accepting the unexpected and surrendering all control over what I feel my life should be like.

From moving countries completely broke, to being betrayed in my relationship and having some crazy amazing things happen on the way I hope that my sharing of these events and my un-consented marriage to the unexpected reminds you of the power of letting go and trusting that everything - even when its bad - is always working in your favour.
