In this introduction podcast, I just wanted to tell you a little about myself, my coaching business, and framework. I am passionate about helping career changers navigate through their career, discover strengths, skills, and what makes them come alive.  I am a huge believer in people understanding and working in their purpose.  There should be some sense satisfaction with work --- and the way to get there is to work in a field or career that brings you some sense of satisfaction and feel purposeful.  I will drop a new episode weekly. I will invite guests from time to time to discuss their career path as inspiration and motivation.  

I also focus on career confidence and if you don't have confidence in what you're doing, I will share how to build that confidence and move to a career that will provide you some sense of satisfaction.  I am excited to share the knowledge that I've gained from my 36 year career in banking where I began as a secretary with no clear idea of what I wanted to be "when I grew up".
