On this episode I share the birth story of my son. I discuss the reasons for wanting to have a natural birth and give insight into my own personal success. Although my birth plan didn’t go the way I expected it to I still had a very empowering birth experience. Although I chose the most traditional route, my recipe for success was anything but. Add in a Doula and hold back the epidural and you have the makings for a wild ride.
