Welcome to the first episode of Smart with No Common Sense! If it feels like I'm still trying to find the right format for this podcast... you would be correct! In this first episode, I talk primarily about my new weight loss goal and journey. I'm using this podcast as a tool to vent and get my feelings out and help keep me accountable. However, just like a nesting doll open me up and see what else there is.
