Larry Shaffer and Tyler Lee interviews one of their own: Avery Liller, who talks us through preparing, competing, and the numerous challenges for an ultramarathon that took place at the Highland Sky 40 Mile at Davis, WV. The course is carved through Monongahela National Forest, and sections of Timberline Ski Resort, Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge to finish at Canaan Valley State Park. Avery talks his first taste of success with long running and the lessons learned through his journey.
