In this episode, I discuss how important relationships can be when dealing with behavior management.  I discuss how I get parents to help me with information that helps me to build those relationships with my students.  I also discuss in particular one student, "Tom", and how building a relationship with him made all the difference in being able to help him manage his behavior.
