Sanita Pušpure is a Latvian-born professional rower who represents Ireland. She is the reigning world champion in the women's single scull winning her title at the 2018 World Rowing Championships in Plovdiv and defending it at the 2019 World Rowing Championships in Ottensheim. Sanita talks to Eimear about how she got into rowing in Ireland and her disappointment of the 2020 Olympics being rescheduled to 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
