Tonight I was visiting El Cilantrillo Restaurant and meditated on the time during covid and coming back to orlando. Chefs want to talk on what is going on and how we are dealing with it all. I speak on my success and failure. Covid certainly has us very tense and I speak on how I have survived these troubling times.
