It all started when Erin and I were on a Star Trek themed cruise with very limited vegan options. After a long day of shore excursions and attending all types of Trek related panels and events, we would end each day at the late night buffet. We would relax and recap the day's festivities while partaking in the buffet's only two Vegan choices that we couldn't say no to: Guacamole and fries.  Conversations filled with observation, advice, introspection and humor...always humor.  So it was from this wonderful nightly ritual that this podcast was born.  We hope that from listening to our little podcast, you will all experience the true spirit of Guac and Fries night.
