In the first episode of Dad Pod UK I speak with Lee Sands. Lee is not only a great guy, but he's also a stepdad and advocate for blended families. He also writes the OurBlendedFamily blog. 

This interview was very personal for me. I have been a stepson myself since I was a young boy and I have long felt that stepdads and stepsons do not get the recognition they deserve. 

Lee and I talk about the challenges of blended / stepfamily life plus the positives and much in-between.
