Honoring Black Muslim History
This week, I will raise awareness about the Black men and women in Islamic history. To kick off this journey, we go back to the time of the Prophet ﷺ to learn about some Sahaba you may not have known were Black. We then cross the ocean to explore the birth and growth of Islam in the United States and the Black Muslims who laid the foundation for it.
