Three strangers, Lejonet (Ben Lewis), Kodak (Billy Behrendorff), and Katya (Emilie Muldoon), meet at a tavern in the isolated town of Halfway. All three are headed for the same destination, answering a flyer offering employment. They awaken to discover that the pass was blocked during the night and they must take a dangerous alternate route through the mountains. Figuring there is safety in numbers, the trio decide to travel together and hire a guide.
