Through raw honesty and personal reflections, the podcast explores themes of self-discovery, mental health, relationships, and the complexities of bad friendships. These experiences have taught them more life skills and new learning lessons from the podcast. Explaining different mishaps with people from their past that discouraged them in high school, they advise students in high school and coming into high school their rights and wrongs.
