Hi, I'm Carrie, Author, skincare maker, HSP, and special needs mom. The gentle exhale is a soft place to land for highly sensitive women and special needs moms who are carrying a lot. This podcast offers faith-centered self-care, nervous-system–gentle practices, and quiet encouragement for women who don’t need more to-do lists—they need room to breathe.
