Jonathan West is a medium and recorded all his supernatural investigations on audio cassette. He is missing, presumed dead but his voice and those of the dead live on in his recordings. In 'The Man without a Face' Jonathan travels to Leicester to investigate a haunted office and he finds something very sinister. The Demonic Tapes is found footage and although the drama is fiction elements of the story are based on a real haunted office in the UK.
