Welcome to the first episode of Logan and Jules’ political podcast.


Logan and Jules are two friends that go way back, through HS, college, and now reconnecting after the apocalypse that was 2020 have decided to co-host a political podcast to host conversations to bring nuance back to political discussions and our local communities.

In this first episode, we introduce ourselves and then talk about some political topics. This being our first episode we do sidetrack on the conversation from time to time with tangents.

We discuss a wide range of topics during our podcast. We discussed Marianne Williamson and reacted to a recent appearance on the Bad Faith podcast. Other planned content was discussing an article “Against Champagne Socialism” and Gary Chambers Jr. “37 Seconds” ad.

Other unplanned rambling conversations cover everything.

Editor Notes

  • Jules butcher's Thelemic concepts and doesn’t do it justice. Hopefully someday we can have a guest come give better insight into the Thelema and how it relates to community and other philosophical concepts.
  • My (Jules) mental train derailed at 52 minutes into the podcast. In editing, I think that I was going with the concept that being an individual long enough shatters the illusion of the ego and forces need for social interactions in the community. Logan may phrase this elsewhere better in the podcast where we are talking about people not being well suited to be alone.
