April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month!  Every April, the Children's Bureau observes National Child Abuse Prevention Month to raise public awareness of child abuse and neglect, recommit efforts and resources aimed at protecting children, strengthening families, and promoting community involvement through activities that support the cause.  Included below are in-depth resources and information on what child abuse and neglect is, the warning signs for possible child abuse and neglect, and what to do if you suspect there are concerns for a child’s safety. Anyone can and should report suspected child abuse or neglect. If you think a child is being mistreated, please take immediate action! Let's be the voice that children need and speak up for them!
