Welcome to the very first episode of *Remember Who The F#ck You Are, So The Game Can Change*! In this deeply personal and powerful episode, I take you behind the scenes of how this podcast came to life and the evolution of my mission.  

Two years ago, I ran a transformative six-week program called *She Remembered Who She Is & The Game Changed*—a sacred space for women to reconnect with their true selves, break generational patterns, and step into their power. It was a journey of deep healing, reclamation, and awakening. But as time passed, I felt the call to expand. This work isn’t just for women. It’s for **anyone** ready to break free, rewrite their story, and remember who the f#ck they truly are.  

In this episode, I also dive into the profound power of **generational healing**—how the wounds and wisdom of our ancestors shape us, and how we can break cycles to create a new reality for ourselves and future generations.  

And then, there’s **Moana.** Yes, the Disney movie—but more than that, the soul-stirring message within the song *"I Am Moana."*

The journey may leave a scar  
But scars can heal and reveal just

The things you have learned will guide you

These lyrics hit deep. They speak to the path of healing, the resilience it takes to walk it, and the undeniable truth that your soul has always known the way. It’s just waiting for you to remember.  

So, let’s begin this journey together. Let’s rewrite the rules, shatter limitations, and step into the power that’s been within us all along.
