We were told to prepare for a lockdown, however, what does waiting mean to you? The dictionary definition is “the action of staying where one is or delaying action until a particular time or event”.  How does it relate to everyday life and circumstances, and why do we feel so anxious when we are told to wait?  Have a listen to my experience.
