From Tom Cheshire: I picked "Sandinista!" by The Clash to do as our first record to review. I love this record but I haven't always loved it. In fact for the longest time, it confused me. At first, it seemed too long, and a lot of the songs didn't sound like or feel like songs, they sounded like late night unfinished ideas. Now the record is 40 years old, and I am older, and those same things I mentioned are the things I love about the record. To me it has aged really well, and i wanted to discuss it with my co-hosts. I hope you enjoy the episode.
