In Episode 1: Understanding Ourselves, Frankie and Rachel discuss understanding spirituality and the energy shift taking place which has caused so many people to want to understand themselves more. They discuss the difference of living in love vs. fear and putting yourself first. They also discuss listening to your intuition, your inner voice, and being okay with yourself. The God within you wants you to be happy, not suffer like many have been conditioned to think.
Frankie points out "We need each other, we forgot that." She goes on to explain that community is important and we need to watch our language and the way we speak to each other and to ourselves, words have power and energy and we need to change the negative mind chatter.
They also discuss how to deal with toxic people who are often times a reflection of what we don't like about ourselves. Frankie explains if each individual can take responsibility for the role they played in a situation they can change the way they handle it next time because you have the power to change the way you communicate with others.
Frankie cries when she explains how we need each other but most times we are leaving each other behind because we get stuck in familiar behavior. She goes on to explain how to put yourself first and change the negative mind chatter.
Meditation, prayer and showing gratitude are great ways to help change the mind chatter. At the end of the episode they do a short meditation to help those that need an introduction to the practice.
