We’re actually doing it! Listen to the first discussion we had once we all decided we were on board for recording this podcast together. No real theme today, just a fun conversation as we talk about what sorts of things we’ll be discussing on the podcast.

Listen to see what our husbands tell us about starting a podcast. Mostly positive reactions! We decide if we’ll allow cussing on the podcast (spoiler alert: we do but just a little.)We name our podcast Adults (By 40). We vetoed titles like Gal Pals, Long Distance Download, and Anne’s contribution, T.E.A.T. -an acronym of our first names. We learn that iPhones are water-resistant, so you can listen to our podcast in the shower like I do. We discussed the State of the Union which led to us discussing how we get our news and what we typically watch, such as national vs. local.When discussing local news, we got around to the topic of the weather, especially the meteorologist. Anne has a thing for them. Below is the photo she got with Josh Johnson from WSFA, and I’m pretty sure it was a highlight of her life.
