In this episode I lay out some recent situations and experiences I have had that encouraged me to come back to the podcast and switch things up a bit.  I am not known to discuss issues surrounding race, and lately, I feel like that's the bulk of the conversations I find myself in and around (you'll hear, "the why," in the podcast).  I am grateful for my desire to be transparent and share my truth.  May this episode be an invitation for us all to find acceptance with our experiences and transmuting any fear based energy into love.  YOU ARE LIT.  You always have been.
