In this episode I talk about why I started this episode, where the seed came from and why I believe it’s important to share your own personal stories, find your voice and stand in your truth. Our stories matter...not just some chosen few who are in the spot light. But yours and mine too. Our stories and our journeys are all different but running along them are common themes that we can all relate to. That is the basis of this podcast - it’s to share real and raw stories that all walks of people can relate to and hopefully be inspired from. Sharing our stories is essential to our growth and helps us evolve into a better version of ourselves.
