Do you choose a word of the year?

I find this to be a more sustainable alternative to a New Year’s resolution. My perspectives on the word morph and flow, and this allows me to avoid the pressure and disappointment of fixed goals. Instead, this practice helps me grow in a self-guided, non-linear fashion by reflecting on the situations I encounter.
