I got the privilege of talking to Yosef Gillers for our very first episode. Yosef is the founder and co-executive director of Grow Torah. They bring educational gardens to Jewish day schools in the Tri-State area and do so much more. Yosef himself is an accomplished outdoors person. He is a  telemark ski instructor and has tele skied some of the gnarliest terrain in America!
