Happy Friday, my friends 👋🏽 Today I discovered a new app - TalkLife (which isn't really new, but it is for me) where those with anxiety, depression, or any mental, social, and/or emotional health concerns. People share their truths and are hoping for meaningful connection. So I jumped right in and started sharing my positivity and kindness - you never know who vibes with your truth.
