Melly Myers (formally Melissa Myers) was born in London. She performed as a child with the North London Performing Arts Centre, and attended stage school for 7 years. Melly was discovered as a young child where she was signed to her first agent, and made her first biggest TV appearance in BBC children's series Planet Cook. She then went on to study Performing Arts at Barnet College Arts Depot, and following on from her graduation, she went on to train as a member of the National Youth Theatre. Shortly after, Melly also completed her training in Acting at the Mountview Academy Of Dramatic Arts.
