Dan Sterenchuk and Tommy Estlund are honored to have as our guest, Anthony A. Spadafore. Anthony is founder, citizen scientist, and consultant at Pathfinders, a pioneer in emerging science of natural talents and career design methods based on human-centered design & systems engineering principles. He specializes in cutting-edge cognitive ability testing to help students and professionals design, prototype and choose a career custom-built on their natural strengths. Mr. Spadafore has 20 years of experience as a career direction specialist has guided more than 3,000 clients across all professions, from Millennials to Baby Boomers, to reach their full potential.
Anthony is the coauthor of a top-selling career choice guide for college students and young professionals: Now What? The Young Person’s Guide to Choosing the Perfect Career, in collaboration with the founder of the career coaching field, Nick Lore. Pathfinders is located in the Washington DC metro area.
Mr. Spadafore earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University, and has four years of graduate level business studies with specialization in Organizational Behavior and Development at George Washington University and American University.
