Imagine that to get to school or the local health clinic you have to cross a river. And in order to cross that river, you have to risk your life to get there. Or imagine there was a way for you to cross the river for half the year, during the dry season, but in the rainy season, you can’t cross the river at all. Avery is the President and CEO of Bridges to Prosperity. Avery is a soccer player from Iowa, turned engineer, with a vision to change the world. They have reached more than 1 million people through their work – literally changing lives and improving quality of life. This episode dives into this work and what the organization is doing under Avery’s leadership.
