Ayo is currently based in Italy, and works in the luxury sports car sector, for one of the world's most recognisable brands. Previously, he was one of the youngest Regional Managers, and has also been credited for being the catalyst in the creation of a charitable partnership between an Automotive company and one of the largest governing bodies in world football.

He is aiming to build a successful international corporate career within the industry, despite black professionals representing less than 1% of its people.
