The word disability has been an overused term in our culture and has created a negative stereotype associated with the inability to overcome certain impairments. In this episode, Tracy Tienken discusses the importance of reframing the conversation by using the term, "differently enabled", which provides greater opportunities for bringing those of various backgrounds into the workforce and active contributors to society.
